This blog used to be dedicated solely to wiki and blogging tips, but now documents the activities of the Illarterate team. By which I mean, erm, just me.

Posts found here are generally more design based than my other blog, Retro Yakking, which is close to biting the dust for good. Yep, I simply don’t have the time to update it these days, which is a shame but that’s life, I suppose.

• Word to your mother… erm, I mean, from the author

I like to write. I may not be very good at it, but I enjoy it. I go through phases in which all I do is write until my fingers can’t stand it anymore.

I co-formed a wiki known as the Illogicopedia in January 2007 – the format is similar to Wikipedia, except nothing makes sense. “The Surreal and Nonsensical Encyclopedia” has since broken into the top two million sites on the web, according to Alexa, and goes from weakness to weakness. Er, I mean…
