Just catching up on some more of these vids I’ve uploaded in the last couple of weeks. There are some more over at the Hindleyak YouTube channel but they’re of dubious quality so I ain’t gonna link to them here just now.
Dunno if anyone has noticed, but since the start of the football season about a month ago I’ve been posting some of my photos from Wigan Athletic home games over at Jesus Was A Wiganer and the Illarterate Flickr. Check ‘em out if you feel so inclined. By which I mean do it, man, the bald bloke in the middle (whose name escapes me right now) compels you!
Oh yeah, and buy the latest MudHutter Football Express from the Brickmakers (Wigan) or other such fine establishements, ‘cos there’s a piece in it by me. See if you can guess which one for a free penny sweet.
It coincides with the launch of my new football blog, Jesus Was a Wiganer, which you may remember I mentioned a week or two ago on this very blog.
Not sure if there’ll be much difference between the types of posts featured on each blog, but I plan to share them out somewhat, with the longer, more detailed stuff mostly reserved for the NAPO blog.
Expect my activity on those blogs to fluctuate through the course of the season as and when I find stuff to write about or feel the urge to blog and, of course, when I have the time.
Incidentally, that picture is one of mine. There is a possibility you may recognise it as it has been syndicated around the internet:
I’ve been wanting to set up a Wigan Athletic blog for a while, but I never got round to it. Who knows, maybe I might get the time to do some vlogs for this one. To be updated whenever I feel the urge, and most likely after I return from the matches.
The pic above is a panorama of three stitched photos taken on Monday morning when people were queuing for 2009-10 season tickets. Accessible via Flickr, as ever.
